FATHER'S DAY GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsors and their affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on June 18, 2026, at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time and ends on June 21, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).

All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter by completing the official entry form linked by ARETERA Golf and Dallas Golf.

Entrants may be encouraged to:

• Tag a friend in the comments

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address.

Any attempt to submit multiple entries using different identities, email addresses, automated systems, bots, or other methods may result in disqualification.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

Two (2) ARETERA golf shafts of the winner’s choice, subject to product availability.

Dallas Golf will professionally tip, grip, and build the shafts to the winner’s requested specifications and ship the completed shafts to the winner at no additional cost within the continental United States.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Up to $1,000 USD.

Prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and no substitutions will be made except at the Sponsors’ sole discretion.

Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will occur on June 22, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified exclusively via the email address submitted on the official entry form.

The potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the notification email being sent.

If the selected winner fails to respond within twenty-four (24) hours, is deemed ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsors reserve the right to select an alternate winner.

ARETERA Golf and Dallas Golf will never contact entrants or winners through direct messages (DMs), private messages, text messages, or comments regarding prize fulfillment.

All official Sweepstakes communications will be conducted exclusively through email.

Sponsors will never request payment, credit card information, banking information, or any other financial information from entrants or winners.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsors to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, social media handle, and statements regarding the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ARETERA Golf, Dallas Golf, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Entrants who separately opt in to receive marketing communications may receive emails, promotions, product updates, and other communications from ARETERA Golf and/or Dallas Golf and may unsubscribe at any time.

DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, or any other social media platform.

By participating, entrants completely release all social media platforms from any liability associated with this Sweepstakes.
